Leader of Excellent Practice
LEPs are highly skilled teachers who work with other teachers to develop classroom expertise or share excellent practice in a specific area, e.g. Guided reading in Y4, SEN, EYFS outdoor provision. LEPs provide one-to‐one support either in their own school, for example by being observed or sharing resources, or by visiting a teacher in another school to support learning and share resources.
